Returns Policy
Our Commitment
At NAUTRA, we care for our customers just as much as we care for our oceans. We want to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. To help you make informed choices, we provide detailed descriptions of the fabric, size, and fit for each item in our collections.
Returns
- Free UK Returns: For the Christmas period, we’re extending our returns policy to 60 days for all orders placed during the months of November & December, so you can shop confidently for gifts this holiday season.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains (make-up, deodorant, etc.), and original labels and tags must be attached.
- Recommendation: To avoid stains, please try on garments without makeup or beauty products.
International Returns
- We do not accept international returns.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the website footer and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds
- Notification: You will receive an email once your return is processed.
- Reimbursement: If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within several days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
- Note: Ensure the returned item meets our conditions to qualify for a refund.
Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nautractivewear.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Order Cancellations and Alterations
- Cancellations: Inform us immediately if you wish to cancel. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for packing.
- Alterations: Address changes are possible before an order ships. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the items in an order once placed.
