Shipping & Delivery
- UK: 2-4 business days for standard shipping, next-day delivery available if ordered by 9 AM.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer refunds if the items are returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with all tags still attached and free of any wear, stains, or alterations.
For the Christmas period, we’re extending our returns policy to 60 days for all orders placed during the months of November & December, so you can shop confidently for gifts this holiday season.
To submit a return, follow these steps:
- Click here to go directly to our returns portal.
- Log in with your email address and verify your account using the six-digit code sent to your email.
- Select “Request return” for the relevant order.
- Choose the items you want to return, select a reason, and add any necessary notes.
- Click “Request return.”
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@nautractivewear.com. Include photos and a detailed description of the imperfection.

Exchange & Cancellations or Alterations of orders
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
You can cancel or alter your order if it has not yet reached the packing stage. To cancel or change your address, please email us immediately at contact@nautractivewear.com with the subject "CANCEL" or "CHANGE".
If you cannot cancel your order before it reaches the packing stage, you are still eligible to return the order following our standard returns process for a refund.
We cannot change the items once the order has been placed. If you wish to order different items, you will need to place a new order.
