Shipping Policy
UK CUSTOMERS

Shipping fess on all UK orders are

£5.00 for EVRI deliveries
£5.00 for Royal Mail deliveries
It usually takes 2-4 business days for your parcel to reach you with a full tracking service available. You will also receive a 2 hour delivery window on the day so that you can ensure that someone is home to receive your parcel.

Next Day deliveries:

Please note that orders placed by 11 AM will arrive at your doorstep the very next day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered within two days.
CUSTOMERS FROM NORTHERN IRELAND

Delivery fees are £15 on all orders.

It usually takes 3-7 business days for your parcel to reach you with a full tracking service available and photo confirmation of delivery. You will also receive a 2 hour delivery window on the day so that you can ensure that someone is home to receive your parcel.
Not going to be in? You can divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.

Delivery fees are £35 on all orders.
It usually takes 3-7 business days for your parcel to reach you with a full tracking service available and photo confirmation of delivery. You will also receive a 2 hour delivery window on the day so that you can ensure that someone is home to receive your parcel.
Not going to be in? You can divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.
Will you be charged any Duty Fees?
Customs in each EU country may charge an import duty and/or fee, as these vary we are unable to advise what the value will be, if you are concerned please message or email us using our contact form and we can advise you further. Please note any customs charge or fee levied on our products are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Will you be charged any Duty Fees?

Customers from the rest of the world may be subject to customs duties upon importation. These charges vary by country, and unfortunately, we cannot predict their exact amount. If you have concerns about potential customs fees, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via our contact form or email, and we'll be happy to provide further guidance. Please be aware that any customs duties or fees imposed on our products are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
At NAUTRA, we care for our customers just as much as we care for our oceans. We want to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In order for you to make a conscious choice, for each piece in our collections we have described each item’s fabric, size, and fit in as much detail as possible. However, we are well aware that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as one expects them to. Therefore, in the event that you are not satisfied, we offer free UK returns.
We happily provide complimentary returns within 14 days after the delivery date.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

Item/s must be in original condition (undamaged) with original labels and tags still attached.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
​
We recommend that when trying the garments on, avoid wearing make-up or any beauty products that may mark or stain the items.
​
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. Additionally, while we accept returns from outside the UK, unfortunately we cannot cover the return costs for international purchases currently.

How do I return my order?
We know that returning items can be quite a daunting task, that’s why we want to make this process as simple and uncomplicated as possible.

We strive to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible for our customers. Here's how you can initiate a return:

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you would like to start a return by emailing contact@nautractivewear.com and including your order number.

Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package, ensuring it is securely sealed.

Drop off your package at any EVRI shipping location near you.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If they meet our return requirements, we will issue a refund for the value of the item(s) returned.
Refunds

We will send you an email notification once your return is received. We will then notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund (including return shipping reimbursement) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
​
We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
​
Exchanges
​
If you require a different size, colour or item, please note that we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we ask that you return the item following the steps mentioned above. To receive the new desired item, please place a new order for it.
​
Also, please note that placing a new order does not guarantee that the refund for the original item/s will be approved if they are not sent back to us in their original condition as outlined in the steps.
Faulty items

In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: contact@nautractivewear.com

Cancellation or alteration of orders
​
We usually process orders fairly quickly. Therefore, the sooner you let us know you wish to cancel your order the better. We are only able to cancel orders and apply an immediate refund if the order has not yet reached the packing stage.
​
If you are unable to cancel your order in time, don’t worry! You will still be able to return your order for a refund as per the standard returns process.
​
Please note that we can NOT change the items in your order. For that you need to place a new order. We can change your address, however, it depends if we can apply the change before shipping your order.

For any of the above issues, please email us at contact@nautractivewear.com with the subject CANCEL or CHANGE and we will try to cancel or adjust your order before it's shipped out.
