What is ECONYLⓇ?ECONYLⓇ is a performance material created using polyamide (nylon) that is made from carpet fluff, and fishing nets that have been recovered from the Mediterranean sea. The recycled polyamide waste is then combined with elastane, to give it the stretch that is required in activewear.

What is rPET?Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (rPET) is made from recycled post consumer plastic waste, including some films, water bottles etc. Recycling the plastic to use again requires 50% of the energy that extracting the raw material from crude oil does. Our clothes utilizing rPET comprise of 85% rPET and 15% elastane, to provide stretch.

Why aren’t the leggings and tops 100% recycled?To allow activewear to stretch and move with your body, we have to include a percentage of stretchy fibres called elastane into the fabric. In our ECONYLⓇ garments, there is 35% elastane content, while our rPET garments use 15% elastane content. We are always researching new eco-friendly fabrics and materials to use in our garments, and will continue to update our fabrics as new greener fabrics become available.

What are the advantages of ECONYLⓇ?ECONYLⓇ is a type of regenerated nylon made from waste from landfills and oceans. Going beyond the conventional recycling process, ECONYLⓇ uses regeneration, which ensures that the new fabric is exactly the same as virgin raw nylon, this means that ECONYLⓇ can be infinitely recycled and recreated into new products. For every 10000 tons of ECONYLⓇ that is regenerated, it saves more than 57000 tons of carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere and 70000 barrels of crude oil from being used.

What are the advantages of rPET?This unique fiber has inherent performance properties, such as moisture-wicking, thermal regulation, order control, cushioning, and resilience. Producing rPET from post consumer plastic waste, including plastic bottles and films requires 50% less energy usage than extracting virgin PET from crude oil. Using plastic waste to produce rPET also stops that waste ending up in landfill.

What countries outside of the UK do you ship to?We mainly ship to Europe. However, if you are from the rest of the world, please email us at contact@nautractivewear.com and we will try to sort something out on a case by case basis.

How long does shipping take?UK Customers 2-4 business days. Customers from Europe (inc. Northern Ireland) 3-7 business days.

Will I be charged any duties fees if I am ordering from outside of the UK?For orders outside of the UK, packages under the value of 150€ will not be subject to any additional duty fees. If you wish to purchase more than 150€, please place multiple orders to avoid custom fees.

How long do I have to create a return?We happily accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.

How do I create a return?Please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you would like to start a return by emailing contact@nautractivewear.com and please remember to include your order number You will then receive an email with details on how to complete your return (detailed below). We will provide you with a return address, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping option to send the order back to us. Please obtain proof of postage and keep this safe until we have received your return. Following receipt of the returned order, we will inspect the items, and if all is in order, issue a refund (VALUE OF ITEM/S ONLY). Refunds can only be made to the debit/credit card, or Apple Pay account used for the original order Please note that if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund. Where possible, please return your item/s in the original packaging ensuring that the box is adequately sealed. We recommend that you make use of the same cardboard box that your item/s came in.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?If you require a different size, colour or item, please note that we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we ask that you return the item following the steps mentioned above. To receive the new desired item, please place a new order for it. Also, please note that placing a new order does not guarantee that the refund for the original item/s will be approved if they are not sent back to us in their original condition as outlined in the steps.

What should I do if my item is faulty?In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: contact@nautractivewear.com

Can I cancel or alter my order?If you let us know before the order reaches the packing stage, we will be able to cancel your order and process your refund. If you are unable to cancel your order in time, don’t worry! You will still be able to return your order for a refund as per the standard returns process. Please note that we can NOT change the items in your order. For that you need to place a new order. We can change your address, however, it depends if we can apply the change before shipping your order. For any of the above issues, please email us at contact@nautractivewear.com with the subject CANCEL or CHANGE and we will try to cancel or adjust your order before it's shipped out.
